Guests can call the central reservations number at 1800 Hotels-1 and ask for the "INST. HUMAN VIROLOGY" block at the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel.
For online reservations, simply cut and paste the link below and include with your electronic correspondence to facilitate the reservation process. Guests will be directed to the property's home page with the code already entered in the appropriate field. All you need to do is enter your arrival date to begin the reservation process.

Please make room reservations by August 13, 2008. A block of rooms have been reserved at a discounted rate of $229 (single or double occupancy).Indicate you are with the IHV International Meeting on September 11-13, 2008 to receive these special rates.
Reservations made after August 13, 2008 will be on a space-available basis only.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 12:00 p.m.
Arrangements can be made for baggage storage if arriving early. Requests for late check-out cannot be granted.
Location:
The Renaissance Harborplace Hotel is located in downtown Baltimore on the Inner Harbor, within walking distance to many shops and harbor restaurants, including ESPN Zone, Hard Rock Café and other well-known establishments. The hotel is in walking distance to Baltimore's historic Little Italy, the National Aquarium in Baltimore and Power Plant Live!
Transportation to/from Hotel & Airports:
Participants traveling to Baltimore and arriving at area airports (BWI, Dulles, Reagan National) must arrange their own transportation to/from the hotel. Super Shuttle, which is a shared-ride service that operates at all three airports, is suggested as a reliable and less costly alternative to individual taxis. Parking:
For commuters, there is on-site parking garage and valet parking. Parking fees are charged hourly, up to $25 for a 24-hour period. Valet parking is $36 for a 24-hour period. Participants are responsible for covering any and all parking costs.
