Exhibit Space Fee - $1000
- 6 foot skirted table and two chairs.
- Set up after 6:30 pm Wednesday, September 10.
- Take down by 5:00 pm, Friday, September 12.
- Electric power and other services may be available, upon request.
- Up to 4 company representatives permitted in exhibit area only; check in at registration desk required.
- Contact Stacie Small (see information below) and complete Exhibitor Form (MSWord) in advance.
Exhibitor Meeting Registration Fee (provides full access to meeting sessions; limit 2 per company) - $250 ea.
Advertisement in the Institute of Human Virology 11th Annual International Meeting Awards Gala Booklet - $1500.
- Companies advertising in the Awards Gala Booklet will be provided with complementary exhibit space.
